Roshini Bakshi

Roshini Bakshi is the Managing Director, Private Equity and Head – Impact at Everstone, based in Singapore. She leads the firm’s efforts in Impact and Responsible Investing and evaluates new opportunities in the consumer space. She drives operational improvements across portfolio companies—particularly in talent management and brand transformation. Prior to Everstone, she served as CEO and Managing Director of The Walt Disney Company, South Asia, and held leadership roles at Unilever, American Express, Prudential, Mattel, and Polaris in India and the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
